Medical Measurement Systems (MMS), EGE University and Mederi are proud to offer a practice-based course in how to set up and manage a diagnostic lab specialized in the assessment of the GI function. The course includes lectures on swallowing and motility disorders, reflux symptoms, and anorectal continence problems. Live patient examinations will illustrate the ease-of-use and clinical value of the available diagnostic tests. Finally a variety of treatments will be discussed, e.g. the Stretta procedure for treatment of gastroesophageal reflux diseases (GERD).

Mederi Therapeutics manufactures innovative radiofrequency (RF) therapies for GI disorders – Stretta for the treatment of GERD, and Secca for the treatment of bowel incontinence. During the course both therapies will be explained and live patient cases will show the ease-of-use of these treatments.

WORKSHOP COST

The registration fee for this course is € 795,- and includes training materials, 3x overnight stay in a hotel, 2x dinner and 3x lunch.
